Terms of Subscription
Important Notice:
Read and understand this Subscription Agreement carefully before purchasing and using any of our Educator Packages. It contains extremely important information.
BY USING ONE OR MORE BRAINY BYTES, LLC, EDUCATOR PACKAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: GAME MAKING, GRAPHIC DESIGN, JR. PROGRAMMING, MOVIE MAKING IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE ANY BRAINY BYTES, LLC, RESOURCES FOR ANY REASON.
Subscription Grant (for any & all courses): The copyright holder grants you a non-exclusive Subscription for a specific time period, for unlimited use in your campus as described herein:
Term (for any & all courses): Your school or institution may access and utilize (teach) the course(s) and resources contained in the educator package for which you paid, for any purpose you choose, with as many students as you choose in your campus (or specified district if a multi-facility license was purchased) until this subscription expires.
Your subscription will be for 1 full year and will expire 12 months after receipt of Purchase Order or payment, unless otherwise noted on your invoice. By accessing a Brainy Bytes educator package, you confirm you have paid for it in full or a Purchase Order has been issued. If you have not yet paid for the course or issued a Purchase Order, please contact info@brainy-bytes.com to request an invoice.
Restrictions: YOU MAY NOT: (a) sell or distribute any and all materials provided in the Educator package including curricula and resources to anyone outside of your campus (or district) without prior written approval for any reason (b) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of any Brainy Bytes material (c) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the materials;
Copyright/Ownership: Our curricula & resources are proprietary products of Brainy Bytes, LLC and are protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
